The Marine Waterfront Hotel Policies

Privacy

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.

The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties. We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

Reservation Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card or payment in advance for the first night is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
Extra person charge is for 15.00 USD per extra person in room.

Children policy:
Minors aged 11 and younger are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate.

Pets policy:

No pets allowed for the moment.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.

By using the digital platforms operated by The Marine Waterfront Hotel (hereinafter referred to as “THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY”), and/or by contracting hotel, restaurant, event, or any other related services, it is presumed that USERS and/or CLIENTS (hereinafter referred to as “THE OWNERS”) fully and expressly consent to be subject to our privacy policies detailed in this page. This is done with strict respect for their privacy, with a firm commitment to protecting the personal data we collect from our clients, guests, and users of all our services. This privacy note applies to all personal data collected through any digital or analog means used by THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

Through this document, THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY it’s held as the responsible entity or for processing the personal data requested from THE OWNERS, which will be protected accordingly with the applicable regulations. The personal data collected by partners, suppliers, or subordinates serving the aforementioned entity, or the Web Site: https://www.waterfronthotel.com.mx, will be processed under that held responsibility, in accordance to this privacy note and other legal provisions.

2. ABOUT COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

The type of personal data collected from THE OWNERS include: a) Identification data; b) Contact data; c) Employment data; and d) Financial/patrimonial data, which will be used to verify the feasibility of providing services, aswell as to create your personal file record, verify your identity, and confirm financial viability to cover the contracted services, as well as to determine your location and income. The information related to THE OWNERS will be treated with strict confidentiality; under any circumstance, will not be allowed or shared with third parties without explicit consent of the very client, except if it is required by a legal or judicial mandate. The information collected by THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY, in order to provide better attention and guesting, could include:

2.1 Identification data: name, surname, birth, nationality.
2.2 Contact data: cellphone, email, postal address, social platforms.
2.3 Financial and payment data: credit/debit card number, bank accounts, payment records.
2.4 Consumption preferences: information related to the guest food diet, diet restrictions, and room preferences and special inquiries.
2.5 And any other personal data we consider necessary for the provision of our services.

THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY will process the aforementioned personal data in strict consideration and provisions by Constitution Article 16, second paragraph of, Articles 1, 6, 7, and 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
