Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.

The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties. We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

When it comes to payment sections, please make sure to see the security lock on your browser to confirm the identity of the site before providing your credit card information.

Reservation Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 13:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card or payment in advance for the first night is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
Extra person charge is for 15.00 USD per extra person in room.

Children policy:
Minors aged 11 and younger are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate.

Pets policy:

AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED PER PET, PER STAY.

YOU MUST PRESENT PET AT CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT DESK.

  1. You are allowed one pet per room. At check-in you must present an updated vaccination card, that has a vaccine against bordetella and rabies; it must also include a continuous treatment against fleas and ticks.
  2. Pets must wear a collar and leash at all times.
  3. Remember that your pet is your responsibility therefore; all the damages caused must be paid by you.
  4. Pets will not have access to the pool area.
  5. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant. Pets are only allowed in the Terrace.
  6. The waste area is located in the back where the sand is, the owner will be in charge of picking up the waste immediately. Please DO NOT use the gardens.
  7. Avoid barking or excessive noise from your pet, a complaint from a guest will be taken with maximum seriousness and it will be an administrative decision to end your stay and to apply an impartial criterion.
  8. Pets must be removed from the room when housekeeping is cleaning your room.
  9. Pets are not allowed on the bed, to be bathed inside the room or the use of the hotel towels.
  10. Please be respectful to all the guest of the hotel. Maintain your pet under control and do not allow them to approach others without an invitation.
  11. You agree with respecting and compensating The Marine WaterFront Hotel, of any claim or damage related to your pet or domestic animal during your stay at the hotel, including complains from third parties.
  12. Designated PET FRIENDLY Rooms only with two beds, on the first floor next to the parking lot.
  13. By not complying with the rules established by the hotel, this will be grounds for cancellation without refund of room payment or stay of the pet in the facilities.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
